Requesting a BL4-2 Computer Account

Please follow these steps:

1. Fill out and sign the SAXS Account Request Form(pdf). You can either do this in a PDF editor or fill out the form on paper and scan it.
   Make sure you read the Acceptable Use of SLAC Information Resources Policy(pdf) before you sign the form.
2. Send the signed form to BIOSAXS_ACCOUNTS@SLAC.STANFORD.EDU.

After you obtain your initial password, you are advised to change it right away.  The infornation for password change can be found here.
