Education and Training

One of the goals of the biologocal Small-Angle X-ray Scattering Group (bioSAXS) group is to educate and actively train the next generation of scientists through workshops, summer schools, meetings, conferences, internships and one-on-one mentoring at the beamline.  Training consists of lectures, hands-on experiments, and comprehensive data analysis and interpretation of results. Novice and experienced users are trained in the optimal use of the biological SAXS beamline 4-2 particularly when new instrumentation and/or new emerging methodologies are first implemented.  The bioSAXS group hosts regular workshops and provides conference lectures and posters.
