Support Staff On-Call Roster/Hours
One member from the Experiment Support Group serves as the Program Manager
each week that SSRL is running. This person tours the floor with the Duty
Operator daily at approximately 3:00 PM. If you contact the Duty Operator
with a problem that he/she cannot solve, the Duty Operator will contact
the Program Manager. On-call hours for individual beam line problems are
8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday,
Sunday and holidays. If you need to contact the Beam Line Program Manager
outside of normal working hours, this must be done through the Duty Operator.
Computer support is not routinely available after hours. If there is

at the discretion of the Program Manager. Again, initial contact should
be made through the Duty Operator.
