User Agreement

Each institution needs to have a valid User Agreement prior to conducting any research at SSRL. It is the Proposal Spokesperson's responsibility to ensure that every person on the proposal has a valid User Agreement signed by the institution official.

To verify if an institution has a valid User Agreement, please check the User Agreement website.

How to Request a User Agreement:

If a User Agreement is missing, it can be downloaded from the User Agreement website and shared with the appropriate officials at your institution. Once those officials have signed it, please email the signed agreement to SSRL-user-office@slac.stanford.edu.
