Overview
Beamline 16-1 is a hard x-ray beam line dedicated to characterization of X-ray detectors and X-ray optics. It is equipped with an in-vacuum double crystal monochromator with two sets of crystals to cover the photon energy range between 2.1keV to over 37keV with several sets of crystals and an in-vacuum end-station that provides for the necessary sample manipulation and detectors for these measurements. Data acquisition is performed using a custom LabView interface.
