Macromolecular Crystallography Rapid Access

  • Register in the User Portal if not already done. Once SSRL User Research Administration approves your registration you will be able to submit a proposal.
  • Submit a Rapid Access proposal for remote data collection on Beam Lines 9-2, 12-1, 12-2, or 14-1
    • Log into the user portal and select the SSRL tab
    • Click on Proposals Pull-Down Menu and Select “Submit SSRL PX Proposal”
    • Select the radio button for “Rapid Access Molecular Crystallography”
  • Establish a User Agreement between your institution and Stanford University or confirm that there is a current agreement in place
  • Submit a Beam Time Request once your proposal has been approved.
  • Submit an End or Run Summary after data collection
  • Acknowledge use of SSRL resources in any resulting publications.
