All users are encouraged to participate in SSRL Users' Organization activities. Meetings of the SSRL Users' Executive Committee (SSRL UEC) include open sessions that all members of the SSRL user community are invited to attend. Meetings are held 3-4 times a year and include an annual users' conference, which is usually held in late September. The SSRL UEC welcomes user feedback. Address ideas, suggestions, concerns to the SSRL UEC.
The UEC annually solicits nominations of potential candidates interested in standing for election to serve on the UEC.
Before and during the annual meeting, users have the opportunity to vote for their Users Executive Committee Representatives. Ballots will be circulated in September, and users will vote for the SSRL Users' Executive Committee (UEC) candidates.
