The application deadline is January 31, 2025. Applications submitted after the deadline will be placed in a waiting list and considered in case a spot opens. Late applications are not eligible for financial support. For more information, please see the course announcement.

We expect to charge a total of $1000 for the course. This will include the registration fee, course material, all meals and other expenses not covered by grants and donations. Accommodation and transportation are not covered.

Accommodation

We encourage accepted participants to book accommodation at the Stanford Guest House, which is a 5 minute walk from the course venues. Accommodation can be reserved by phone (650) 926-2800 or online.

Reserved rooms can be cancelled up to 24 hours before arrival without penalty.

Please quote the code RAP25 when you make a reservation or use this link which auto-populate the group code; you will just need to enter your stay dates to proceed.
