Vendors of free-electron laser (FEL) related equipment are invited to exhibit their products or services at the 2005 International FEL Conference (FEL2005), which will be held at Stanford University on August 22-26, 2005.

The number of funded FEL projects is growing, with over 12 FEL projects currently in various stages of planning and construction worldwide. Specifically, there are several funded FEL projects underway in the US, Europe and Asia including: the Linac Coherent Light Source (LCLS) here at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center (SLAC)
http://www-ssrl.slac.stanford.edu/lcls/index.html , SPARC at INFN Frascati, FERMI@Elletra, the Pohang Light Source FEL initiative in Korea, SCSS at SPRing-8 in Japan, the European XFEL Laboratory in Hamburg and the Jefferson Lab FEL in Virginia. Scientists from these facilities will be reporting on their latest efforts at this conference. In addition to attendance by scientists, engineers and project managers involved in the worldwide FEL projects, the program committee is making an effort to attract prospective x-ray laser experimenters to FEL2005. These FEL experts and scientists would benefit from the opportunity to discuss technical issues with you or your representatives.

The Free Electron Laser Conference is a large international conference, held last in the summer of 2004 in Trieste, Italy. http://www.elettra.trieste.it/fel2004/
