Vendor information for RapiData 2015
For vendors who would like to set-up a booth or display information at the RapiData Workshop, please email Ana Gonzalez and Clyde Smith at the email addresses below.
Tables can be provided. Table dimensions are 6 foot long and 30 inches wide. The tables will be set-up in the main conference room. (i.e. the back of the room of the conference general lecture area)
General lectures will take place beginning Sunday, May 3rd and will be there in the main room until Tuesday, May 5th. The remaining days of the workshop will be taking place on the SSRL Beam lines and will not be in the main conference rooms except for one hour meetings on Wednesday and Thursday.
