These directions combine Fried and Bentley.

A1: 1-4: M1 sets to W2, then turn halfway.  (Fried: by the right hand.)
    5-8: W1 and M2, the same (but keep hold of that hand for)
A2: 1-4: RH* only 1/2 way.  (Turn single L, per Bentley).
    5-8: 1s cast down, 2s move up.

B1: Double figure eight, 1s crossing up while 2s cast down, skipping
    (per Nic Broadbridge; more fun this way).
   (Fried has 1s 1/2 figure-8 through twos above and then through twos below, 
    skipping, Bentley has full figure 8.)

B2: 1-2: Patty-cake (clap own, R w/ ptn, own, L w/ ptn)
    3-4: Turn single "away from the center" (like a small cast)
    5-8: 1s turn handy-hand  (M:L, W:R) with NEXT NEIGHBOR (the one below);
         1s go outside first.
         ("The end of this turn is like a lead-up for the 1st cu.
         They give inside hands, still holding neighbor with outside hand.")
