First couple join hands, swing half round, give left hand to 2d couple, balance
4 in a line, swing with left hand, down the centre, back, cast off, ladies
chain, down the outside, back to place below one couple, forward and back 6,
1st couple swing half round, right and left.

A1: 1-2: 1s turn right hand halfway (improper), finishing between 2nd couple
    3-6: and balance forward and back in line
    7-8: and turn left hands all the way until 1s meet again.

A2: 1-8: 1s down the middle, turn alone, come back and cast off (improper)

B1: 1-8: top two couples ladies chain over and back (up and down)
B2: 1-8: 1s down the outside and back to progressed place.

C1: 1-4: forward six and six fall back
    5-8: 1s turn right hands halfway to finish proper.

C2: 1-8: Four changes of rights and left with (let's say) threes to keep
         it interesting.
