A1: 1-4: 1s pick up 2nd lady, down the center, leave her below the 3s.
    5-8: 1s come one back to 2nd place.

A2: 1-4: Same thing with 2nd man.

B1: 1-4: 1s down the outside below 3s, cut in to center above 2s
    5-8: Up the center followed by 2s and cast off

B2: 1-8: 1s and 2s four changes of rights and lefts.
