Longways triple minor (easily tweaked to three-couple)
VICTORIAN

A1: First lady balance to the third gentleman,   
    and turn the second; 

A2: first gentleman balance to the third lady, and turn the second; 

B1: down the middle and back [and] cast off,

B2: and right and left [four, with the original second couple]


Hillgrove says "At the end of each figure pass one couple" but I think he's
just describing triple-minor progression.  Elsewhere (in "Pop Goes the Weasel")
he describes triple-minor with uppermost couple only starting; and makes a
point of calling out the simultaneous starts in Circassian, Swedish, and
Spanish Waltz.
