First lady down the outside (gentleman crosses over and follows), back up the
middle--first gentleman down the outside (lady crosses over and follows), back
up the middle (join hands)--down the centre, back cast off--right and left
four.

Alan sez (inspired by "Flowers of Edinburgh")

A1: First woman down the outside; partner crosses over to follow
    she goes up outside the men's line while partner goes up the middle,
    finishing improper.  (Women round 2 while the gent cuts through).

A2: First man down the outside (of women's line), first lady crosses to 
    follow; he goes up the outside of men's line while she goes up the
    middle to proper place (Man round 2 while the lady cuts through).

B1: Down the centre, back and cast off

B2: Right and left four changes.
