5-8: 2s the same - M2 draws, both face up, both move up and chase R 
    around M1 to home place improper.

9-10: All four clump cross / HITW cross at once 
11-12: All four circle half

13-14: Two changes of rights and lefts (hands), start partner
15-16: Partners two-hand-turns (and 1s can hold on and draw to start again)
