   3-4 Ones cast down while twos lead up.
   5-6 Partners set.
   7-8 Twos cast down while ones lead up and stay close.

B1 1-4 Ones fall back and meet while twos meet and fall back.
   5-8 Ones cast down and lead up to the middle of a line of four while
       twos meet, lead up, and loop onto the ends of a line of four.

A2 1-4 Lines lead up a double. Lines fall back
       bending the line and swinging the twos into the middle of a line of four facing down.
   5-8 Lines lead down a double. Lines fall up bending the line to a circle.
