The 1s have a lot to do; the 2s dont.

A1: 1s set r&l and first lady leading, first man chasing, go round the 2s
    and back to places.

A2: Repeat with M1 leading.  (I think this is more equitable if we give 2s 
    a turn instead.)

B1: 1s down the center and back and cast off.

B2: four changes of r&l.
