A1&2: Hey, with 1 and 2 passing right shoulders and continuing until the
      dances stand 2 3 1 (that is, slightly more than twice through the 
      hey.)  A skip-change (chassez) step is suggested.

B1:   3 turns back to face 1; they step for eight bars (16 beats).

B2:   3 faces 2; they step for eight bars (16 beats).

Repeat ad lib; the two who step to each other last always start the next hey
by passing right shoulders, and the remaining person will always be the 
next one to end in the middle.
