"First Cu lead thro' the 2nd Cu & cast up .- Cross over & turn ..-
foot it & hands round with the 3d Cu ..-. Right and left at top ..-.."


A1: 1-4: 1s lead through 2s and cast back to place

A2: 1-2: 1s cross over, go down outside the 2s (who lead up), then
    3-4: 1s turn two-hands 1/2 to own sides.

B1: 1-4: 1s face diagonally down (to next 2s if duple, to 3s if triple),
         all set (yes, for four bars)
    5-8: same four circle to the left once round.

B2: 1-8: All face partners.  1s and the couple above (original 2s),
         four changes of R&L with hands starting with partner.

Shaw notes that the corner crossing ("quick R&L") was popular by 1800, but
there's twice as much music as that would need.
