A1: 1st man leads his line around the women's line  (skipping is good)

A2: 1st woman leads her line around the men's line  

B1: Balance twice to partner, swing

B2: 1st couple gallop down and back

C1: 1st couple cast out, rest follow, arch at the bottom 
    and the rest through the arch

C2: Partners swing

SWEETS OF MAY
Sicilian circle. 
48 bar jigs (e.g. own tune) easy, ceilidh

A1: circle left and right in fours
A2: RH star; LH star

B1: with partner, balance and swing
B2: ditto with opposite

C1: do-si-do partner; do-si-do opposite
C2: couples advance and retire, then pass through, 
    anticlockwise couples arching

THE SWEETS OF MAY   
A Whole Set Longways dance for six to eight cpls.  Can be gender free.   
The men's line we call The First Line.  The ladies; line we call
The Other Line.

A1:  First line, following top person, dance single file around in back of the 
     other line and back to place.
A2:  The Other line do the same.

B1 & 2:  Tops cast down outside of own side of set, followed by the rest, to
         make a bridge at the bottom.  Others sashay back up to place.  

(There might be time in B1 for top cpl to sashay the middle 
2 steps down and 2 back before casting down outside)

C1:  Everyone clap twice, stamp twice, swing once or twice around.

C2:  Do that again.   (Instead of clapping and stamping, balance twice...a step
     swing balance)
