Here's a little dance (only 16 bars) that gives Seth & others a new dance and 
doesn't require an ability to waltz!

Surprise Waltz
Formation; Circle

1-8  Face partners & give both hands, chassez two steps to the centre and two 
steps back; keep hold and balance forward & back, touch right, touch left 
(hands)

9-16 Face partners & give both hands, chassez two steps to the centre and two 
steps back; box the gnat (or any other instruction that changes place with 
partner), honour partner, turn alone to face the next (that's the surprise!)

It goes well with "sing a long" tunes.
