Top man swings bottom woman (crossed hands)
Top woman swings bottom man (crossed hands)
1s strip the willow to the bottom, starting RIGHT.
At bottom, ones make an arch and walk it over the women (W1 outside) and
then over the men (W1 still outside), ending in bottom places, ready to 
start the next round with new top man.

Note: Traditionally unphrased, but I bet you could do 4,4,16,8 (eg A, AB, B).
