I sent two JPEGS, one from the LP, "Ed Gilmore's Square Dance Party" and another one from a Sets In Order Yearbook with the notation for Ed Gilmore's square dance: INDIANA. Maybe this list does not allow JPEG's? They did not seem to go through. 2. In both the Sets in Order Yearbook and LP a circle left and corner allemande is added between the single file promenade and partner swing. Hear are the notes verbatim from Sets in Order INDIANA FIGURE HEAD RIGHT AND LEFT THROUGH, YOU TURN BACK NOW GO TO THE RIGHT AND STAR TO A LINE Couple No. 1 with couple No. 4, couple No. 3 with couple No. 2. Head gents lead out to form two lines, facing each other in side positions. Couple No. 1 is on end of line nearest No. 3 position. Couple No. 3 is on end of line nearest No. 1 position. AND THEN GO FORWARD, FALL BACK AND THEN, PASS THROUGH Cross set, passing right shoulder with opposite. ALL TURN LEFT, GO SINGLE FILE, YOUR LADY'S TRAILING YOU Do left face turn individually. Ladies follow your partners in single file promenade. NOW CIRCLE LEFT, YOU'VE GOT A NEW GAL SO ALLEMANDE LEFT AND SWING YOUR GAL AROUND YOU'RE GOING TO SWING THAT GAL AND THEN PROMENADE HER TAKE HER BACK TO YOUR INDIANA HOME Gents now have your original right hand ladies. I got it from Ed Gilmore's "Square Dance Party" LP (the source of a lot of excellent material, including Jim York's "Fiddle Faddle," which a lot of trad/revival callers use). Ed starts the figure with heads right and left through rather than promenade halfway; I prefer it Ed's way, as it avoids putting two promenades in a row as the figure repeats. I'm pretty sure he wrote "Runouttanames" first and then adapted it to fit a 32-bar singing call tune, resulting in the version Jonathan cites.
