Four Couple Longways
A 1-8 1s, followed by the rest (who start by moving up the set), 
      with R-hands joined lead down the middle, cross at the bottom and cast
      back to place (improper)

A 1-2 Ends R-hand turn halfway with partner while middle four R-hands across halfway 
  3-4 All turn single left
  5-8 Partners back to back 

B 1-4 Top and bottom four: circle 4-hands to left halfway and fall back
  5-8 Partners advance setting and 2-hand turn halfway and open up to face nearest end
 9-12 Lead and cast at top and bottom: middles lead out
      through the nearest end and cast back to place while ends cast to middle and lead back to place

switch hands]
 
B 1-4 Circle 8-hands to left halfway
  5-8 All set advancing, partners 2-hand turn halfway and face down 
 9-12 3s (at bottom) cast up to top followed by the others (1, 4, 2)
      End 3, 1, 4, 2 -- Repeat from new positions
