A1: 1-4: First corners turn by the right once round
    5-8: First corners cast round same sex neighbor 
         (who could shuttle to make room),
         then cast back to place.  (I think you could make this flirtatious
         by checking in on the diagonals.)

A2: 1-8: Second corners the same.

B1  1-3: Right-hand star all the way to places,
    4-6: left hands back to places
    7-8: 1s cast and 2s lead up. 

(CDB-NS: 1-2, right-hand star all the way
         3-4, change hands
         5-6, left hands
         7-8, cast off

But all Playford says is "All found hands round cornerways 'till in their 
own places, then back again, the first couple casting off.")
