A1: 1-4: All "foot it" twice to partner.  (Set and rigadoon, perhaps.)
    5-8: Change places with partner passing right shoulder, loop
         left into partner's place.

A2: That again.

B1: 1-8: 1s DTM&B&CO

B2: 1-8: Same couples poussette all the way around.  Fried says M1 pull
         all the way WHILE M2 push all the way.  (Draw poussettes).
