1-4: left diagonal RH turn 1x
5-6: set to each other
7-8: And RH turn half more

1-8: Right diagonals the same

1-8: couples "change sides and poussette"
     [Alan: Inclined to do a CW half draw poussette followed by
      regular half poussette CW (so the momentum works)] 



8 bars	The 1st lady and 2nd man right hand turn, set, then right hand half
turn ending in each others places
8 bars	The 1st man and 2nd lady right hand turn, set, then right hand half
turn ending in each others places
8 bars	The two couples change sides, and pousette

There's a Scottish dance which shows the same thing she believes.

The 1st 8 bars are 2nd corners Petronella turn in between top and bottom
couples (triple minor), face each other up and down and set there; then
Petronella turn into each other's spaces.  2nd 8 - the other corners
in the top 4 do it.  Original source says "poussette round", no "change sides".
Modern Scottish does this dance with a polka-round; Susan says this is a legit
1822 interpretation  (ballroom hold) and solves the impropriety problem.
