5-8: right file between the left, lead across and face neighbor
9-16: Repeat to home, same people between

1-8 Alan sez: 1s open waltz down the middle for four, turn single out, 
    lead up to 2nd place, 2s moving up

1-4: 1s allemande some which way on the right hand/side
5-8: and on the left  (and maybe the 2s could do it two).
  
 
16 bars	The first and second couples set to their neighbour, the ladies join
hands and change sides with the men; then set to their neighbour and return
16 bars	The first couple join hands and slip down the middle and return to
second place, seconds moving up; then the first couple allemande (back to back)
