8 bars	The first lady cast off round the second lady and return back to place,
        then set to her partner at top

8 bars	The first couple cross and cast into second place (2s move up); 
        then turn 1.5 times

8 bars	The top two couples four changes of a circular hey (4 steps per side)


Repeat whole dance from progressed position


Variation to be less dull for the 2s:
A1: 1st corners pass right shoulder through the center, loop right to orbit
    neighbor, then return to home place, all partners set
A2: 2nd corners pass left shoulder .....
