    into second man's place, M2 moving up.

A2: W1 does the same with the men, ending with all progressed.

B1: 1s lead though the next 2s and cast back WHILE 2s move up the outside 
    and lead back down through the middle.  All turn partner.

B2: 1s whole figure-8 through original 2s (or all double figure-eight)
