A1: 1-2:  All step and honor (Fried doesn't say, so I'd say face diagonally in)
    3-4:  All turn single
    5-8:  1s corners cross by right, turn to the right, go around the standing
          2nd corner people in to own place.

A2: 1-8:  As above, with 2nd corners crossing.

B1:   1:  Face neighbor: Clap own hands together twice, then clap both with
          neighbor once.  (Original has "two men clap twice sides and once
          to their partners"; Fried is more inclusive.)
      2:  Face partner: Clap own once, with partner once.
    3-4:  Cloverleaf turn single.
    5-8:  4 changes of R&L, walking.

B2:   1:  1s lead down (three steps)
      2:  1s lead up (three steps)
    3-8:  1s cast (2s moving up), lead down through next 2s, cast up
          to progressed place (skipping).  All turn partner two hands.

I have my own version that works nicely--I taught it just last night.
DMLW
A1 1-2: All four facing into the center, set R and L in triple time; 
   3-4: all four turn single right shoulder. 
   5-8: 1st man and 2nd woman cross right shoulder and loop to the right 
        to dance around neighbor to home places.

A2 1-4: All four facing into the center, 
        set LEFT and RIGHT and turn single LEFT shoulder. 
   5-8: 1st woman  and 2nd man cross left shoulder and loop to the left to 
        dance around neighbor to home places: 
        END FACING NEIGHBORS ON THE SIDE.

B1 1-2: Handclaps, thus: two hands to neighbor's two hands on beats 1 and 2. 
        On third beat, turn to partner. 
        Two hands to partner's two hands on beat 4: 
        then a pause on beats 5 and 6. 
   3-4: All turn single  cloverleaf, 1s up and away, 2s down and away. 
   5-8: 1s and 2s four changes of rights and lefts with hands.

B2  1-2: 1s lead down the set for two beats (!), 
         immediately changing hands and leading back. 

    3-6: 1s cast off into second place, 2s moving up, and without pause, 
         1s lead through the next 2s below and cast back. 
    7-8: In the last two bars, 1s and 2s partner two-hand turn.
