B1 1-4 Middles look left (man up, woman down) and star left once around

       middles cast to the bottom and left-hand turn halfway WHILE

       End in the order 3, 1, 2 with the tops imporper.

Colin says, "A pleasure-vest is a man's upper under-garment having no more than four holes:
one each for the body, head, left arm, right arm.  The inevitable arrival of extra holes demands
that it be thrown out or worn only whilst its occupant is working."
