A1:  W1 leads the three women round the men.

A2:  M1 leads the men round the women.

B1:  Poussette to bottom - 1s and 2s change, M1 going forward
                           1s and 3s change, M1 going backward

B2:  Poussette to top    - 1s and 3s change, M1 going forward
                           1s and 2s change, M1 going backward

C1:  1s cross and go round the 2s (who move up), cross again in the middle 
     and go round the 3s to the bottom.

C2:  1s up the middle to the top; cast to the bottom.
