A1: Advance and retire.  Tops galop to bottom.

A2: Advance and retire.  New tops galop to bottom.

B1: Top four circle left and right while
    middle four RH* over and back while
    bottom four R&L thorugh and back (or 4 changes of R&L).

B2: Bottom two couples galop back to top; 
    original tops cast to bottom while other couples swing.
