A2:  M1 casts (M2 moving up) & turn W3 Lh, then 1s and 3s circle RIGHT once
     round as 2s two-hand turn at top.

B1:  1s lead down through 3s & cast back to middle; then _all_ set & turn
     single.

B2:  1s face down, 3s face up, 2s across, and grand chain with hands all 
     the way around once.
