[B] Cast up (ones walk down the middle of the set and make small cast at the
end, twos and threes cast up one place) (8) 
- do it 3 times until back home

Siding, twice (16)

[B]
Lace the boot (ones pull by by right hands, cross in the middle, 
meet at the bottom. twos and threes walk up the set slowly, holding hands) (8) - 
do it 3 times until back home

Arming, twice (16)

[B]
Top man switches with middle woman (4)
Everyone else switches (top woman with middle man, 
bottom couple with each other) (4)
Top man continues from middle position to switch with bottom man (4)
Everyone else switches (top couple switch with each other, 
middle and bottom switch to be with your partner) (4)
Set and turn once (4)

repeat dance 3 times until you've progressed to your beginning place
