A1: 1-4: Passing right shoulders to begin, men dance around their partner and
         return to place 
            MEANWHILE
         Women pirouette in place to follow partner around (Rise on toes, and
         place right foot behind left to turn 180 degrees, repeat).

     5-8: Partner turn RH


A2: 1-8: Women orbit, left shoulder, left hand (men pirouette left foot)


B1: 1-4: 1s cast into 2nd place, ws move up
    5-8: 1s lead up throught the 2s and cast to 3d place, 3s moving up

B2: 1-8: Bottom four (3s and 1s):  Four changes rights and left starting partner



Elizabeth wrote this dance for Claude Epstein on the occasion of their
marriage in August 31, 1996.  She explains that the pirouette figure was
inspired by "Montmorancy" (1755), a dance in English Dances for the Dutch Court
reconstructed by Chip Hendrickson.  She says: "If you do not care to
pirouette, simply turn in place to follow your partner around flirtatiously.)
