A1: M1&M2 take hands and dance clockwise round top two women,
   lead out between them, and cast back to palces.

A2: W1&W2 the same, but CCW.


B1: 1-4: 1s RH turn with first corners (M1+W3,W1+M2), 
    5-8: partners turn LH
   9-16: with the couple on the right (containing the first corner),
         1s circle three four steps to L and four steps to R) then
         1s  cast around Rsh to middle place on own side and
         lead to bottom AS 3s come up outside
  17-20: Partners Patty-cake (together/R/together/L) then
         turn single R.

Repeat twice more.
