         2s moving up.

    5-8: Three men slipping circle round 1st lady (in 2nd place),
          and finish with the 1s crossed over.

   9-12: 1s set to each other twice
  13-16: and half-figure 8 (launched by hand) down through 3s (all proper)

  17-24: 1s balance and double allemande WHILE 2s and 3s set forward to 
         right hand and then left hand.


(So what's going on in 17-24?  I have no confidence in having any idea, but it
might be fun to do:

    1s, in duple time, do the Duke of Kent right hand and left hand (which
    would leave them poised to start the next round)  WHILE
    end couples perform the Dutchess of Brunswick take rh and set diagonally,
    let go, set to partner, take lh and set diagonally, let go, set to partner.
 



Stroke 1.4 The first couple trades places and cast off , second rise in their
place. Stroke 8.5 All three gentleman - a circle to the left on the steps of
gallop around the first lady at the end of the first pair is in someone else's
lines. Stroke 9 - 16 The first pair of set twice, and then - half a Figure of
eight around a third ( variant of Fabio: the "eight" knight takes queen in
front of him by the hand .) Bars 17-24 First couple balance and makes alemand
twice. The second and third - Pas de Basque to each other and the Pas de Basque
to each other twice (the first time undertake right hands, the second - left).
