A1: 1st couple take right hand, then left (crossed hand hold)
    turn halfway, face down
    1st couple take neighbor by right hand, then left
    turn halfway, face across

B1: 1st couple figure eight up through 2nd couple, skipping and continue
    past partner by right shoulder and loop right to face back into the set.
    (So figure eight + 1/8, and M1 and new W2 ready to go momentarily).

A2: With new second couple below:
    1st corners turn two hands once round
    2nd corners turn two hands once round

B2: Turn neighbors two hands 1 and 1/2 times, skipping, to end progressed.
    (hand neighbor to partner) Turn partners two hands 1x, walking.
