   1st couple and 2nd woman circle R.

A2 2nd man turn 1st woman with L hand, then partner with R.  2nd
      couple and 1st woman circle L.

B1 1st couple lead down (4 steps) and up; 2nd couple joins to form a
   line facing up.

B2 1st and 2nd couple circle L.  1st couple lead up and cast.
