This uses a 3-count setting step: similar to the regular setting step (R: 1
&2, L: 3 &4), but with 3 steps to each side, and syncopated (R: 1, a2, a3,
L: 4, a5, a6); like in Round About Our Coal Fire (CDS Boston Centre
version).

* The poussette is less than half because it flows out of the hey, so
people are not in a perfect square when the poussette starts.

Renee wrote this dance for her two black and white kittens, affectionately
called the Inklings, and their interactions with their new siblings. The 3-
count set represents the kittens romping.

The name of the tune comes from how Dave's Russian colleague Lev Feigin
said the well-known English expression.
