  Neighbors fall back a double, come forward crossing over R sh w/ptnr 
 (stay facing ptnr, as if in a 2-hand turn, and stay close*) 
 to face up for cast-and-lead, lead-and-cast.

*Teaching note (APW): in the first walkthrough, teach the cross-and-stay-close as
"two-hand-turn halfway, open facing up" and then adjust to no hands.

* Teaching note (MR): I have no objection to actually USING two hands here,
especially for teaching, but note that it's tight at just four steps to
come forward and change sides.
