 9-16: As above, with men leading, hey starts with partner, 2-hands half
       w/ partner.

       (Set is turned halfway around)

B: 1-4: W/ neighbor, fall back and come forward 
        [originally just coming forward, but dancers added a turn single
        and Gary says that's fine] into ...
   5-8: Right hands across
  9-12: Partners take R hands, balance forward & back & change places into ...
 13-16: Partner back to back.
