"Lead down the middle twice ..-.. Turn corners & lead outsides ..-.."

A1: 1s lead down the middle
A2: and up the middle to place

B1: 1s lead down the middle again
B2: and (briskly) up to place and cast off to 2nd place
      or
    leisurely up to 2nd place

A3&A4: Trip-to-Tunbridge-esque contra corners with two-hand turns, that is:
       1s pass right shoulder, turn their right-hand person two-hands 3/4,
       then pass right shoulder up-and-down, turn right hand people with 
       both hands and return to place.

B3&B4: 1s lead out between the two men toward the men's wall, turn round 
       individually - changing hands - then lead back across the set and out
       between the two women, turn round as before, and lead back to places.


(The Duke of York - yes, that one, captured the Dutch Fleet off the island of
Texel in 1799; Admiral Mitchell was in charge of the operation.  Den Helder is
the port on the island; it's still a port, where North Sea fishermen auction 
their catches.)
