A1: M1 and W2 two hand turn once round (9 steps), then
    1s and W2 slipping circle L twice round.

A2: W1 the same with M2, then 1s and M2 slipping circle L 2x.

B 1-2: M1&W2 "hole in the wall cross"
  3-4: W1&M2 the same
  5-8: 1s skipping half figure down through 3s; turn single up in middle palce
 9-12:  1s set (M1 R first, W1 L first), slip up middle and cast to bottom
        WHILE
        2s slip down outside to middle palce and lead up 
        (3s  lead up to middle place in time to make room for 1s at bottom).
