A1: All do-si-do opposite, then
    Linking near arm with partner, do-si-do opposites as a couple
    (men pass left shoulder)

A2: Left hand star and right hand star back (sic)

B1: Ladies chain half way;
    with new partner promenade past opposite couple (men pass left) to 
    face new couple.

B2: In new fours, circle left and right.

Note: men always progress in the same direction; ladies alternate direction;
      they only meet two other ladies as opposites.
