La Gigue Espagnole

Tune is identical to Spanish Jig as published in Barnes, English country
dance tunes; tune structure AABBCCDD; 6/8 time, key of C.

A1    second corners dance around their neighbors - both come into the
      center, passing neighbor L shoulder, and dance back to place. They go
      forward throughout (this is not a back-to-back). [APW: You stay in 
      your own diagonal half of the set.]

A2    first corners do likewise, passing neighbor R shoulder.

B1    with partner and taking hands, face the other couple up / down
      the set and lead towards them, then drop partner's hand and dance
      around neighbor [with a half gypsy] back to place.

B2    lead neighbor away at the sides; drop hands and turn inwards
      towards that person and back to place.

C1    cross partner R shoulder and loop R back to the sideline 
      [go out long];

C2    cross partner R shoulder and loop R back on own side of the set
      - cu 1 end close to partner and cu 2 end with some distance between.

D1    cu 1 take both hands, chassé down center and chassé back

D2    cu 1, without hands, dance down center [chassé while facing
      partner?] and when just below cu 2, turn cloverleaf away from partner
      to loop into progressed place. Cu 2 move up at the turn cloverleaf.
