GATHERING PEASCODS (PB) Big circle (like Sellenger's Round)

Figures are standard (slip left, turn single, and right, turn single, 
siding with turn single, arming with turn single.)  Chorus is led
alternately by men and women.  

(Part 1)
Men go into the center and form a ring, slip as far to the left as they can,
and fall back next to some woman who is not their partner.  Women do the same,
falling back next to partner.  

(Part 2) (a) Men walk in, clap, and fall back.  Women the same.  Men walk in 
             and turn single home.    
         (b) same as (a), but women start.

[Official answer on clapping is that it's on the last beat of the phrase you
walk in on.  I'm used to doing it one after that.]
